Back on The Femara BandWagon!

Well, all the tests were a BFN. I started my cycle October 28th, so I am officially on CD 4, and day 2 of Femara! Thankfully I have a cycle buddy in an online friend (from ivillage.com!) who also started CD 1 on the same day as I did! She is on her 2nd month of Femara and this is technically my 4th! Isn't the new thing 4th times a charm? (A girl can dream!)

So, recently hurricane Sandy made its mark on the east coast! I live in the heart of West Virginia! Fortunately, we only lost power and water for about 10-12 hours, which I was at work for. My hubby, is a teacher, so he soon realized no power and no school wasn't a fun combo! Thankfully, we didn't have to stay at my sisters and got to keep our furbabies company! Prayers to all the victims of Hurricane Sandys torrential path!

Tomorrow is D day, for a much different reason! For the last month, my husband has been "campaigning" so to say, for the Grafton High School Boys Head Basketball coaching job. He has been the assistant coach for 4 years, one year without pay- just to coach at the high school level! So, tomorrow is the *Special* board of education meeting! Fingers crossed we can salvage this month and start fresh!

My Name is Danielle.. And I am a POAS addict!

I am now officially 10 dpo and am having a hard time controlling my POAS addict tendencies!! I just need to keep telling myself that in my missed miscarriage I tested negative at 11 dpo and tested positive at 14dpo! So trying to hold back!!

And.. I Ovulated! I think?!

Oh, hormones!

So, quick update! I do believe I did ovulate! (picture attached!) I was getting discouraged because on Femara, I would ovulate on CD 10, with fairly dark lines CD 9. That day came and passed and I was just beginning to think Soy had failed my eggies. Magically, I ovulated on CD 13!! I am now 6dpo!! I'm pretty sure!!

So even though I wasn't supposed to 'try' I decided to take my progesterone suppositories anyways. Oh boy, oh boy!

The hormones! My body was used to this medicine at first through my first pregnancy, but oh my! I'm not used it it now! I have a strange feeling about this month, a good strange feeling.. Which probably isn't a good thing, because whenever you think you hit it right, you didn't.. I am trying not to get my hopes up, but thus are the joys of trying to conceive!

In the meantime, my husband, who is the current assistant boys basketball coach, has applied for the head coaching job.. I am confident he secured the job with his awesome coaching portfolio, his reputation, excellent basketball skills and his fantastic letter of recommendation (from me!!).. He does have stuff competition, this man is the exact opposite of my husband however.. Very rude and demeaning, has been fired from his last two coaching jobs, so we have high hopes that at age 26, Andrew will be the new Head Coach of the boys basketball!!!

My New Niece - Kayleigh Sue

I had the amazing opportunity to photograph my adorable new niece Kayleigh Sue Weaver at 6 days old! It took us hours, but it turned out beautiful! I love seeing these pictures hang all over the Weaver Household!

This was a request by Momma, blanket was made especially for this shot!

 One of my personal favs!

 Poor girl! Help me Momma!

 Probably another fav!!

 All Smiles! :)

 Birth Announcement! :)

It's Been a While...

Wow, it has been over a month since I updated! I am slowly getting back to normal! I finally had my AF (Aunt Flo/Big Bertha as my BFF and I like to call it) post D&C 4 weeks and 4 days after. I am getting back into the TTC mode and started myself of Soy. My wonderful, awesome Doctor (that is not sarcasm, he is amazing) isn't going to start me back on Femara to force me to ovulate until next month. With that in mind, I didn't want to waste a month. Soy is supposed to work like Clomid. Take CD 3-7 and should make you ovulate. On Femara, I normally ovulate CD 10. I am CD 9 and doesn't look like that's going to happen, but you never know! :) Since my hiatus, I have been a busy little photographer and NEW AUNT!

My new niece Kayleigh Sue Weaver was born September 6, 2012. She is now a month old and looks more like her daddy everyday!
I will get to babysit her when mom & dad go back to work and I cannot wait! It will be baby boot camp come Oct 27/28 teaching Andrew all the Do's & Dont's. Should make for some great memories & practice! :) :) I will be uploading my latest sessions here shortly!
